Axis REIT’s growth strategy for 2008 will focus on third party acquisitions and pipeline of projects from the private equity side. Unlike the office segment in Kuala Lumpur which is experiencing stiff competition from Middle Eastern and other foreign funds, Axis REIT differs in its segment of interest — industrial and suburban office space.
