KUALA LUMPUR: Axis Real Estate Investment Trust’s (Axis-REIT) net profit for the year ended Dec 31, 2007 (FY07) surged 60% to RM68.61 million from RM42.92 million a year earlier, on the back of a 14.3% rise in revenue to RM46.83 million from RM40.97 million in 2006.
